James Palacio A.K.A Fiona St. James

I am a native New Yorker, born and raised in the Bronx with my start in Musical Theater. Past roles include Guillermo in ABC's Ugly Betty (final season), the Resident Transvestite (Fiona Zonioni) in 5 seasons of HBO's hit series OZ. Also have performed worldwide with impersonations of Marilyn Monroe, Chita Rivera, Sandra Bernhard and Madonna in my stand-up comedy repertoire.

I was featured as an L.A. Show Girl in "To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything, Julie Newmar" and "The Dutchmaster". Internationally, I was featured in the film "Stonewall", where I portrayed the blond bombshell and was honored to have my picture chosen as the image for the movie poster in Australia.

Most recently worked core on both the upcoming "In The Heights" as well as "West Side Story". I am fluent in Spanish and was a theater/dance major at Hunter College, C.U.N.Y. I still enjoy taking classes and most recently studied at Pierre Dulaines Studio, as well as Ballet Hispanico.
